1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, stays, services, and use of the website of Rodos Palace Hotel (“Hotel”, “we”, “us”). By booking or staying with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Reservations & Payments
A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure all reservations.
Rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed.
Taxes and mandatory local fees (e.g., Climate Resilience Fee of €15 per room, per night) are not always included in quoted rates and must be paid upon check-in.
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the card provided in line with the selected rate plan.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: from 15:00.
Check-out time: by 11:00.
Early check-in/late check-out may be available at an extra charge and must be arranged in advance.
4. Board Basis & Services
Services and inclusions depend on the selected board plan (e.g., Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, All-Inclusive).
The All-Inclusive package is valid only for registered guests wearing the Hotel wristband and is non-transferable. Certain restaurants, bars, premium drinks, and services may be excluded or require extra charge.
5. Guest Obligations
Guests are expected to respect Hotel property, staff, and other guests.
Noise control in public areas cannot be guaranteed due to the Hotel’s size and popularity.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Alcohol will not be served to guests under 18 years of age or to intoxicated persons.
6. Liability
The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Safe deposit boxes are provided in rooms.
Use of certain facilities (swimming pools, gym, spa, sports) is at guests’ own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
The Hotel is not responsible for third-party services (e.g., airlines, transfers, excursions booked externally).
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes, Greece.
9. Amendments
The Hotel reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
