refund & cancelation policy

Last Updated: August 2025

1. General Principles
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific rate conditions chosen at the time of booking. Each reservation clearly states whether it is Non-Refundable, Fully Flexible, or Partially Flexible. By completing a booking, the guest accepts these conditions.

2. Cancellation Rules

  • Non-Refundable Rates: The total amount is charged at the time of booking and is not refundable under any circumstance.

  • Fully Flexible Rates: Cancellations within the allowed period (as stated in the booking confirmation) are refunded in full. Late cancellations will be charged as specified.

  • No-Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation will result in a charge of the full booking amount.

3. Refund Limitations

  • Refund requests, where applicable, apply only to the accommodation cost of the reservation. They do not extend to any other elements of a travel package (e.g., transportation, flights, or third-party services).

  • Refunds will not be granted after the completion of the stay, particularly where accommodation, food, beverages, and services (e.g., All-Inclusive packages) have been consumed in full.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to raise any service-related issues promptly during their stay so that the Hotel has the opportunity to assist. Claims made only after departure, without prior notice during the stay, may not be considered valid grounds for refund.

5. Misuse and Abuse of Refund Requests
The Hotel maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent or abusive refund claims. Any attempt to obtain compensation through threats, such as promising negative reviews in exchange for refunds, will be treated as an act of extortion. Such cases will be escalated immediately to legal authorities for further action.

6. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by Greek law, and disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Rhodes, Greece.
