Where is Rodos Palace located?

The hotel is in Ixia, Rhodes, just 4 km from the UNESCO-listed Medieval Old Town and 12 km from the airport. Guests enjoy a seaside setting with easy access to cultural and natural attractions.

Check-in begins at 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

 

Accommodation ranges from Classic Tower Rooms and Premium or Executive Rooms, to spacious Family Bungalows and the exclusive ABAV² Suites with VIP privileges. Each option is designed to suit different needs and preferences.

Rodos Palace offers buffet restaurants, casual poolside dining, and à la carte experiences with Greek, Mediterranean, and international flavors. Fine dining is available at 12 Nissia, while several bars, including the Dome Bar and Yacht Pool Bar, provide cocktails and evening entertainment.

The plan covers buffet meals, snacks, selected à la carte restaurants, and drinks at designated bars. Venues such as 12 Nissia and Amphitrion Bar are not part of the package but can be enjoyed at a supplement. A detailed guide is provided at check-in.

Yes. Families can enjoy children’s pools, a kids’ restaurant, a mini club, a playground, and spacious suites. The entertainment team also provides daily activities for younger guests.

Yes. The spa features a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, massage treatments, a beauty salon, and a fitness center. The spa and fitness center are operated by a third party and offered at an extra charge.

On-site facilities include tennis courts, table tennis, pools, fitness activities, and organized entertainment. Nearby options (not provided by the hotel) include water sports, golf, horse riding, diving, and excursions.

Yes. The beach is reached through an underground passage. Poolside loungers are complimentary, while sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available at a supplement.

Yes. Rodos Palace has one of Greece’s largest conference centers, accommodating up to 8,000 participants, with ballrooms, meeting rooms, exhibition halls, and full technical support.

Yes, selected room types (such as Garden Rooms and some Family Suites) are pet-friendly. Please notify us in advance.

A refundable deposit of €100 per room is requested on arrival. The Climate Resilience Fee of €15 per room per night is also payable at reception.

Yes. Pool towels are available with a €10 refundable deposit per towel. Towels can be collected and exchanged at designated stations. The deposit is returned when the towel is returned in good condition.

No. Reserving sunbeds by leaving personal belongings or towels is not permitted. If items are left unattended, staff will remove them for safety and fairness. Guests can recover their belongings by speaking with the pool personnel.
